You’re not exactly happy with your current IC vendor but, you don’t have experience with us either. So let us introduce ourselves. Since 1985, we have been developing and providing labs with all things ion chromatography.

- Feasibility studies & application guarantees
- You need to know our IC will work the same or better than what you’re using today. If we can’t guarantee your application upfront, we’ll perform a feasibility study in our applications lab. This means we work with you to understand your goals and challenges. From there, we run your actual samples in our lab to dial in the hardware and method parameters to get the results you need. We’ve found this can be a helpful step to giving management and other stakeholders the confidence to switch.

- You’re good at what you focus on. Our technical sales team puts all their energy toward being experts in ion chromatography and supporting the needs of those who use it. And, when they need back up, our deep technical bench of IC product and application specialists are there to step in. Our US teams alone has >100 combined years of experience in ion chromatography – and you have access to all that experience when you’ve got questions.

- We realize one-size doesn’t always fit all. So, whether you need a basic system for standard anions in drinking water or something more advanced to automate sample preparation, we have options for every scenario. Your success beyond install is so important that we back our hardware with more warranty than other providers – 3-years on hardware and 10-years on our suppressor (which is a costly consumable for other brands).
