  • Feasibility studies & application guarantees
      You need to know our IC will work the same or better than what you’re using today. If we can’t guarantee your application upfront, we’ll perform a feasibility study in our applications lab. This means we work with you to understand your goals and challenges. From there, we run your actual samples in our lab to dial in the hardware and method parameters to get the results you need. We’ve found this can be a helpful step to giving management and other stakeholders the confidence to switch.

      We realize one-size doesn’t always fit all. So, whether you need a basic system for standard anions in drinking water or something more advanced to automate sample preparation, we have options for every scenario. Your success beyond install is so important that we back our hardware with more warranty than other providers – 3-years on hardware and 10-years on our suppressor (which is a costly consumable for other brands).
